Refund policy

7-day refund on beta keys, no questions asked. Email support@botbastard.com from the address you purchased with, within 7 days of purchase.

• botbastard provides historical and aggregated market data for educational and research purposes only. Nothing on this service is financial, investment, or trading advice.
• We do not execute trades, connect to your exchange accounts, or hold funds of any kind.
• Data is aggregated from publicly available exchange feeds and is provided “as is,” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
• Beta keys are for personal use and may not be resold or shared. Service availability during the beta period is best-effort.

Privacy

We collect only what the service needs to run: your beta key, basic account records, and standard server logs. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We don't sell or share your information.
